In partnership with SV+ Partners, and Trax Development 10 Malcolm X Boulevard is a vibrant mixed-use development in Nubian Square. This transformative project aims to revitalize the area while honoring its rich cultural heritage.​

Commercial Space: Approximately 37,000 square feet for retail and commercial use
​
Public Space: A significant new public plaza at the corner of Malcolm X Boulevard and Shawmut Avenue

Existing Building: Rehabilitation of the former Roxbury Boys Club, now converted into offices​
Community Benefits​​​
The development team has prioritized community engagement and impact throughout the project's evolution. The development team engaged local community groups through collaborative design workshops and integrated local artists' work throughout the site, while maintaining a deep commitment to preserving the area's historic and cultural legacy. Landscape design received meticulous attention, featuring thoughtfully designed open spaces, a network of connecting paths, and plans to plant 71 new trees to create a cohesive, green urban environment that fosters community connection and enhances the site's ecological footprint.​This project represents a significant step in the ongoing revitalization of Nubian Square, blending housing, commercial opportunities, and public spaces to create a vibrant, community-oriented development. Construction is expected to begin in 2025.​
