Patrick A. Kimble
Founder & Managing Partner
Mr.Kimble is the Founder & Managing Partner of Caste Capital. He leads all investment, leadership, and day-to-day management activities of the firm. Before Caste Capital, he served as Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing at The Davis Companies where he was responsible for developing, implementing, and executing leasing strategies for key assets, and participating in the creation and oversight of asset-level business plans during the full investment life cycle. He also worked at Boston Properties (BXP) as a member of the Boston Regional Leasing Team. Mr. Kimble earned a B.S. in Economics & Information Design-Corporate Communication, from Bentley University. He co-founded his first company 1PERCENT GALLERY in 2012.
Joseph J. Bonner

Joseph J. Bonner is the President & CEO of Solana Beach Capital LLC, where he is responsible for advising Owner/ Operator/Developer clients on finding solutions for their real estate capital needs. He was previously the Chief Investment Officer of the UAE based company Mubadala Pramerica Real Estate Investors from 2010 to 2014. Mr. Bonner was responsible for executing the investment strategy of the company regionally as well as globally. From 1989 to 2010, Mr. Bonner held senior positions at Prudential Real Estate Investors in asset management and transactions where he was responsible for all real estate acquisitions in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions of the United States and the Eastern and Mid-Western Regions of Canada. From 1981 to 1987, Mr. Bonner was a senior engineer at Exxon Chemical Company, responsible for providing project management service to Exxon's worldwide affiliates. Prior to joining Exxon, Mr. Bonner served as a Project Manager for IBM, where he was responsible for the design and construction of corporate office facilities. Mr. Bonner served as a Director at USAA Real Estate Company through June 2018. He is currently an Independent Director for Extra Space Storage (NYSE: EXR), and three mutual funds managed by The Capital Group. Mr. Bonner also serves on the Investment Committee of Rethink Community, a social impact community development firm. Mr. Bonner holds a directorship certification designation form NACD. Mr. Bonner holds a B.A. in architecture from The Cooper Union, an M.S. in civil engineering from MIT, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
Bryan J. Koop

Bryan J. Koop serves as Executive Vice President, Boston Region of BXP. Prior to his appointment to this position in January 2016, Mr. Koop served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of our Boston office since 1999. Mr. Koop is responsible for overseeing the operation of our existing regional portfolio in the Boston area, which includes the Boston CBD, Cambridge, and Waltham/Lexington submarkets. He is also responsible for developing new business opportunities in the area. Prior to joining BXP in 1999, Mr. Koop served at Trammell Crow Company from 1982 to 1999 where his career covered high-rise office building leasing and the development of commercial office buildings and shopping centers. From 1993 to 1999, his position was Managing Director and Regional Leader for Trammell Crow Company's New England region, which included all commercial office and shopping center operations. Mr. Koop is a member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Chapter of NAIOP, the Boston Green Ribbon Commission, the Kendall Square Association and the Ron Burton Training Village. He previously served as chairman of the Back Bay Association. Mr. Koop received a BBA and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
Stephen Davis

Stephen Davis is President of Davis. Stephen oversees the management of all aspects of Davis’ Investments, Development and Asset Management, playing a leading role in setting firm-wide investment and execution strategy and serving as the President of Davis Investment Ventures, LLC. Stephen is a member of its Investment Committee for each of the active funds. Prior to his current role, Stephen was a member of Davis’ development group, most recently serving as a Managing Director, where he was involved with the acquisition, concept and design development, permitting, financing, construction and marketing of a broad array of Davis’ ground-up development and redevelopment projects. In addition, Stephen led much of the team’s activities in sourcing new development opportunities, with a particular focus on off-market transactions, assemblage opportunities and creative joint venture structuring. Stephen began his career as an attorney, including a four-year engagement as Associate Counsel in Davis’ legal department. Stephen also has been active in an array of real estate industry organizations and is a current member of PREA, ULI and NAIOP for which he previously chaired the Developing Leaders committee and served as an Executive Committee member. He has also been actively involved with a number of Boston area nonprofit organizations including Year Up, for which he previously co-chaired the local Leadership Council, and Heading Home where he is currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors. Stephen received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, a Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) degree from the MIT Center for Real Estate.
Collete English Dixon

Collete English Dixon is the Executive Director of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University where she is manages all aspects of the undergraduate real estate major and minor and the MSRE/MBA-RE degree and graduate certificate programs. She is the first African American woman leader of a higher-education real estate program in the US and a member of the administrative team for the Heller College of Business. English Dixon has more than 30 years of experience in investment management with a focus on commercial real estate investing. Prior to her current role at Roosevelt University, she was Executive Director - Transactions for PGIM Real Estate (formerly known as PREI), a business unit of Prudential Financial, and co-leader of PREI’s national investment dispositions program. Collete’s experience also includes commercial property development and asset management.
Shermika Roberts
Former Graduate Fellow - Fall 2023
Ms.Roberts joined Caste Capital as a Graduate Fellow in the Fall of 2023. She recently worked with the Global Real Estate firm AEW Capital Management where she played a supportive role as an Analyst with the company, and is currently an Asset Management Associate at TruAmerica Multifamily. Ms. Roberts earned a B.S. in Finance from Excelsior College and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the MIT Center for Real Estate.
Emma Turner, CPA
Former Graduate Fellow - Spring/Summer 2024
Emma Turner was born and raised in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Boston. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on real estate valuation and advisory services, where she obtained her certified public accounting license. She subsequently worked at The Davis Companies, a vertically integrated owner and developer, on their asset management team, supporting the team through business plan implementation, financial modeling, and the disposition of assets worth over $550 million. Emma has worked on assets across various product types and in several markets. In her free time, she enjoys running along the Charles River and playing with her family’s goldendoodle, Daisy.
Jerald Watson
Former Graduate Fellow - Winter/Spring 2023-2024
Mr. Watson is a Brooklyn native who is passionate about cities and urbanism. He earned a joint Masters Degree in Business Administration and Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. His career has spanned the finance and real estate industries with an emphasis on the intersection between business and government. He is currently a Project Manager at L+M Development. His experience ranges from reputable firms including Boston Properties, NYC Economic Development Corporation, and Barclays. He’s attending grad school to sharpen his analytical and leadership skills ahead of the next phase of his career. In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, he is an avid photographer and cook and a proud dog dad.
Anthony Craigwell
Venture Fellow - Fall/Winter 2023-2024
Anthony joined Caste Capital as a Venture Fellow back in January 2024 and is focused on opportunistic venture investment opportunities for the company. Being fascinated by how technology has transformed the built environment and the modern world, he made the career transition from property management to tech sales in 2019, when he joined Rapid7, and quickly ascended to becoming an Account Executive. Currently, Anthony is the Team lead for sales development at Kleiner Perkins-backed startup, Lumafield. Anthony’s entrepreneurial interest and passion for founders stems from his father who was a long-time entrepreneur in his native Trinidad and Tobago. His civic and philanthropic efforts are also focused on impact and entrepreneurship, he is an active mentor and Co-Chair of the Association Board for BUILD in Boston. This non-profit provides an entrepreneurship elective to inner city high schoolers to spark college and career success. Whether it be a student’s candle business or an X-ray CT startup, Anthony has a passion for startups and the entrepreneurs who bring them to life.

Mr.Adunbarin was a Graduate Fellow for Caste Capital. Mr.Adunbarin is an Vice President on the Real Estate team at Bain Capital where he is responsible for acquisitions, portfolio management, disposition, and fund management. Mr.Adunbarin also worked as an Analyst in the Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group at Citigroup where he advised public and private real estate companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. Mr.Adunbarin received a BSE in Operations Research & Financial Engineering from Princeton University and his M.B.A. at Harvard Business School.
Keon Holmes, CFA

Keon Holmes is a Managing Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates. Keon invests on behalf of universities, foundations, hospitals, cultural institutions, independent schools, and private clients across the world, ranging in size from $40 million to over $9 billion. Keon is a board member of the CFA Society Boston and Council Co-Chair at UNCF NE Leadership Council. He is a trustee and immediate past Board Chair at Lasell University and a former member of the Harvard University Advisory Committee on Shareholder Responsibility. Before joining Cambridge Associates in 2005, Keon worked in equity risk management products with UBS AG in Hong Kong while attending business school. Previously, he worked as an Investment Manager for private clients at JP Morgan Private Bank. Prior to this, he was an Associate in the equity derivatives group at JPMorgan & Co. in New York. Keon received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS in Electrical Engineering from Howard University. He is a CFA® charterholder.
Frank Petz
Strategic Advisor
Mr. Petz serves as managing director of investment sales within the Capital Markets team of Colliers International. He brings with him deep experience in the disposition of core trophy assets, as well as a diverse mix of urban/suburban, office, industrial, life science, and land development assets. Immediately prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Petz led the growth of JLL’s overall capital markets business in New England. Prior to JLL, he served as director of capital markets activity at both Eastdil and CBRE, and ultimately built his capital markets foundation on the buy-side at AEW Capital Management for the first 15 years of his career.
Noah Elegbede

Mr. Elegbede joined Caste Capital with 5 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. He is currently an Investments Analyst at RCG and has worked at Cabot Properties as a Summer Investments Analyst and in various roles at Gendron Realty, Mr. Elegbede has also served as President of the Bentley University Real Estate Group. He graduated high school from a N.J.R.O.T.C Naval Academy where he attended during his senior year. He has since been attending Bentley University, where he graduated with a Finance degree in May of 2023.
